entreprennent un \u00e9levage de reines d\u00e8s que cette derni\u00e8re disparait de la ruche.En effet, ne pouvant vivre sans sa reine qui est la m\u00e8re de la colonie,qui assure le renouvellement permanent de celle ci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa ponte quotidienne,d\u00e8s que celle ci disparait( par d\u00e9c\u00e8s naturelou maladie) les abeilles entreprennent un \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9levage royal\u00a0\u00bb  afin de p\u00e9renniser la colonie..A cette fin, elle pr\u00e9l\u00e8vent de jeunes larves dans le couvain et les transforment en reines en les faisant grandir dans des cellules sp\u00e9ciales (les cellules royales) plus grandes que les cellules normales de la ruche.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une alimentation exclusivement bas\u00e9e sur la gel\u00e9e royale que les larves vont se transformer en reines, insecte enti\u00e8rement sexu\u00e9,  au lieu de donner des ouvri\u00e8res sexuellement immatures.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Production:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pour utiliser cette particularit\u00e9 biologique l&rsquo;apiculteur supprime la reine de la ruche et met dans cette derni\u00e8re de fausses cellules royales en grand nombre.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir de ces cellules leurres, dans lesquelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises de tr\u00e8s jeunes larves, que les abeilles vont proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un \u00e9levage \u00ab\u00a0royal\u00a0\u00bb, en commencant par y d\u00e9poser de la gel\u00e9e royale afin de les nourrir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">Lorsque les larves de reines sont ag\u00e9es de trois \u00e0 quatre jours La gel\u00e9e royale est alors pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur chaque cellule puis conditionn\u00e9e pour \u00e0 \u00eatre vendue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">La production de gel\u00e9e royale exige beaucoup de main d&rsquo;oeuvre  mais de plus,  comme c&rsquo;est  un produit biologique hautement
